"In 54 years, these rooms had only ever been repainted.... This required a complete gut of the rooms back to the studs and redesign of the layout. We contacted D Williams Builders and Clive Williams did a site inspection, went through with us what we wanted, what was realistic and explained timelines. After a few days we were contacted by Clive who had prepared an itemised list of trades, work to be done by each trade and an estimate of costs. After our acceptance of the quote and signing of documents Clive kept us informed of what was happening and gave us our start date. As we would be without bathroom and toilet facilities he arranged a portable shower and toilet (which they set up). All trades that were arranged by D Williams Builders were professional, polite, and punctual. Clive was always willing to go above and beyond with us, answering questions, informing us of when trades would be on site. He even came to the house after the company had finished for the year to make sure everything was okay and telling us that we could contact him if we had any issues. I would not hesitate to use D Williams Builders to do further renovations of our home because of the quality of the work and their carpenters (Steve and Ben) and the trades they work with." - Chris

"Can’t say enough about Jason Supervisor, Nigel Senior Carpenter & Ben Apprentice Carpenter for all their work for the changeover of our bathroom from shower over spa to walk-in shower for my husband. They went above and beyond with all the problems found in flooring after spa removal (no waterproofing in those days) which made it a bigger job than anticipated.
